Terms of Use Agreement
This Terms of Use Agreement states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between [Globeways Canada Inc], (the Business) and you (the User) who agrees to be bound by this Agreement in regard to Users access to globeways.com (the Site).
SITE CONTENT.
The content and information displayed on the Site is the property of the Business.The downloading, reproduction, or retransmission of any of the Sites content, other than for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited.

Business shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute any and all communication conducted with Business through the Site including but not limited to feedback, questions, comments, suggestions and the like. User shall have no right of confidentiality in such communications and Business shall have no obligation to protect Users communications from disclosure. This is a CANADA website and is subject to Canadian law. Business will disclose any information regarding the use of this site including personal information pertaining to User without your permission when required by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to investigate or protect against harmful activities to Business or its guests, visitors, associates, or property.
